"I am so grateful for you. When I started training with you last year I didn’t think I had the time in my day to workout. What I quickly realized is that I needed to make the time. When I started making the time, I quickly fell in love with the rush I got when training before the sun rises. I have never really lifted before, not the way we lift in the gym now. So it was intimidating at first to pickup a barbell or hang from the rings or attempt more than a few push-ups. Then I started seeing the changes, not just the physical changes like the way my abs popped just a tiny bit, or my biceps turned just a little toned but changes in the way I felt. I have more energy.
